Eruca Sativa, also known as arugula or rocket, is an annual edible plant native to the Mediterranean. Fresh fennel is popular in Mediterranean region. Used for both culinary and medicinal uses, fresh fennel is a diuretic and contains many healthful properties. Dried fennel seeds are also used to freshen breath and as a digestive aid all the way from Mediterranean region to India. Fennel Tea is also made by boiling a teaspoon of fennel seeds, and straining it.
